Shipping & Handling

Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.

Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on Fridays are exempt from this general shipping timeline and may take 5-7 business days to deliver.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed with any shipping method on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. This also applies to Holidays that fall on a Friday or Monday. Shipping to an APO address may take longer due to carrier capacity.

Depending on the amount of items ordered, some of our packages cannot be delivered to certain P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical address when placing an order. If there is an issue delivering your order to your PO Box, we will notify you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL

Most International orders arrive between 7-14 business days. Due to customs clearance (which differs in each country of import), some orders may take up to 4 weeks. As with domestic shipments, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Once the package is shipped and tracking information is emailed to you, you will be able to track your package up until it reaches customs.

Upon delivery, if there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your delivery address. Shine Laces is not responsible for any package once it is delivered at the address provided to us. International orders are shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard Service.

We ship all items from Los Angeles, CA.

APO, FPO, or DPO

We ship to all valid APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. When placing your order, please make sure to select the United States as the country you’re shipping to, not the country associated with your deployment location.

Due to heightened security, limited tracking information is available on military orders, and we are unable to track orders after they leave the United States. Most military packages are delivered within 3-8 business days. However, depending on location and other external factors, including military inspection, some orders may experience additional delays.

When shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address, use the following format when completing your shipping address:

Note: The 4-digit ZIP code extension is required for all military addresses. Please make sure to enter this extension when placing your order. There is no need to enter the actual city, state, or country where you are located. Enter APO, DPO, or FPO for the city and AA, AP, or AE for the state.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shine Laces is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Shine Laces is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing Shinelaces@gmail.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
