Please review our Sizing Chart to determine which length of laces fits best for your shoes.

Each item that lists as a “pair” includes 2 pieces (ie. 2 laces, 2 locks, etc), sufficient for 1 pair of shoes.

We process and ship out orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

We typically answer emails within 24 hours.

We ship out of our Los Angeles, CA warehouse.

Most orders ship same business day. However, please allow 1-3 days handling time due to demand to complete orders. Once shipped, tracking will be provided (1-5 business days travel time depending on distance from our CA warehouse).

We normally ship via USPS:

  • USPS First-Class: 2-7 Business Days
  • USPS Priority: 2-3 Business Days
  • USPS Express: 1-2 Business Days (Guaranteed)

Yes, we ship within the United States and Worldwide.

We accept returns/exchanges only on brand new/unused/unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to request an RA# for a return/exchange. Packages recevied with no RA# will be refused back to the shipper. Customers are responsible for return shipping (both ways). Returns on items will require a 10% restocking fee.
